Ask a Black Chick, the series that I created to give black women an opportunity and a platform to make their voices heard on real topics from real people is coming back this Spring!
Last year, I ended the series for a little while. I wanted to go on a little hiatus to regroup and reevaluate the series. Now, a few months later, I am ready to bring the series back. The series still garners hundreds of views and plenty of new questions. I can’t wait to start new conversations about love, relationships, race, politics, and current affairs.
So here’s where you come in:
As you should know, the questions that are answered in the series are answered by a community of black women from all walks of life. The community of women that participated last season of Ask a Black Chick were amazing, vulnerable, honest, and amazing. I am eternally grateful to them for going on this initial journey with me. But, in order to continue to create a well rounded, open view of black womanhood, I think it’s important to gather different voices with each season.

In the mean time, you can recap the first season here before it’s too late.
