Have you ever been with a group of your girlfriends and in the midst of hanging out, they start chatting about plans that you had no clue about, weren’t invited to, and no, your invite was not lost in the mail?
If you have ever been in this situation, you know how awful it can feel. It feels like all of your insecurities, feelings of inadequacies, and like no one ever actually liked you comes erupting up out of you like super sad feelings out of a super sad volcano.

Your gal pals planned a ladies vacay without you?
So what. Plan a vacay with other friends, your sister, or by yourself. I love chillin’ with some wine on a beach a l o n e.
One of your friends is mad at you and suddenly everyone else is dodging your calls like curve balls.
So what! This isn’t high school. If a friend is not able to communicate clearly why they are upset with you and help figure out how to get over it, then that is not a pal you need in your life.
Feeling left out and rejected is a part of life that we can’t avoid even if we try our very hardest. There may not be enough room to invite everyone, small budget, who knows! The best way to deal with it is to 1. say so what! and 2. Pour your energy into people that do the same for you.
