Natural Hair Protective Style

After about a week of wearing the same twist out because I just haven’t had the time to re-twist my hair, I had to change it up. Since my hair was already stretched, I decided to attempt a twisted protective style.

Heres what you need:

Spray bottle filled with water and your choice of oil

Wide-tooth Comb

Bobby pins

Moisturizer like Shea butter mixture

Heres what I did:

I started by spraying my hair with coconut water (water and coconut oil) and detangled all of my hair. I parted it into four sections vertically. I moisturized each section with my shea butter mixture and two strand flat twisted them all the way down. I rolled the ends and bobby pinned it in place. I must say, this style was simple and looked great. I also tied it down with a satin scarf to wear it again. It is an awesome protective style and looks good. Here are some pictures of the final results.
